News have been making rounds that Nigerian ace singer, Wizkid will be hitting the stage to thrill fans at the 2018 World Cup opening in Russia but the singer has debunked the rumours in a latest tweet. ‘Starboy’ as he is fondly called was questioned by a fan on the authenticity of the news which the singer reacted to with a negative reply. “Is it true that you will be performing at the FIFA World Cup opening ceremony,” the fan had asked for clarification. A question which Wizkid responded with his support for the Super Eagles team. “Na fam, but goodluck to our boys,” the singer replied.
