Before casting their votes, voters were directed to a house not far from the polling unit, covered with posters of Isiaka Oyetola, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Upon getting there, they were asked to tender their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), after which they were given N2,000 each.
